Freestyle BMX on the Olympics is getting very very real. We are through the first ever qualification runs for BMX Freestyle in the history of Youth Olympic Games and on Thursday, 11th of October Youth Olympic medals will be awarded. A huge step on the way towards Tokyo, and the first BMX Freestyle Olympic appearance.

Based on the results of today the best four from both the girls and the guys will advance into the “big final” meanwhile the rest participates in the “small final” earlier. Currently Team Germany is looking strong with both Lara Lassmann and Evan Brandes (HARO) qualifying first, followed by Team Argentina (Augustina Roth & Inaki Iriartes), and Kanami Tanno (JAP) / Patriks Viksna rounding up the podium.

The action goes on tomorrow at 4 pm CET with the Women´s small final followed by the women´s big final at 16.21 CET. From 17.05 CET the guy have the park, with the big final starting at 17.26 CET. For LIVE Stream tune in here:
